At True Tribute, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
1. No Return on Customized Products
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
- This includes name engravings, custom designs, or made-to-order piece
2. Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Products Only)
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order details
- Share images/videos of the product for verification
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned item
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in handmade products
- Delay caused by courier services
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
